The Area

La Tzoumaz is a peaceful, family resort situated above the Rhone Valley adjacent to Verbier. Under two hours drive from Geneva and only 25 minutes from Sion airport, the resort sits within the wider domain of the Four Valleys ski area that also includes the resorts of Nendaz, Bruson, Veysonnaz, and Thyon.

Receiving over 300 days a year of sunshine and yet still with one of the best snow records in the Alps, the whole area contains 410km of runs, with 89 lifts all covered by a single pass.

La Tzoumaz's perfectly prepared pistes benefit from north facing slopes, ensuring a consistent quality of snow throughout the season. The resort is also host to the longest toboggan run in French-speaking Switzerland at over 10km!

The Four Valleys area itself boasts a wealth of attractions, making it an exceptional destination whether you are a winter sports enthusiast, new to the slopes, or simply looking to relax in the local spas and restaurants.

The resort is open from November until the end of April.
