Chalet Janluke — A luxury ski chalet in La Tzoumaz

With its fresh powder fields, freeride routes, Swiss ski school, and over 400km of runs, there’s a slope to suit everyone in this vast ski area.

Skiing

La Tzoumaz has one of the best snow records in the Alps — often better than Verbier itself — with a ski season that stretches from November through to the end of April making it the perfect winter sports destination.

Featuring routes suitable for all abilities, enough runs to avoid repetition during a week's stay, and all accessible with a single lift pass, the largest skiing area in the Alps is literally on your doorstep.

The area's north facing slopes and awe-inspiring panoramas combine to create a true winter playground, with plenty of snow in spite of over 300 days a year of sunshine.

For the complete beginner there is the Swiss ski school and a nursery slope located close to the Chalet. The many interconnecting ski areas, mogul runs, and freeride routes provide variety and challenge for even the most seasoned skiers and boarders, while intermediate skiers can find their perfect skiing on the wide blue and red runs near the Chalet on the Savoleyres slopes.

Chalet Janluke is situated close to the main ski lift and with ski-home access, getting from the chalet to the slopes won't be a problem, while modern and efficient lifts, and the brand new gondola system linking directly to Verbier and the rest of the Four Valleys, ensure short queues at even the busiest times.

Aprés ski

Only two minutes walk from Chalet Janluke to the village centre, La Tzoumaz is a peaceful alternative to nearby Verbier, with several good bars and restaurants, as well as a nightclub.

In Verbier itself après-ski is an institution and you will be spoiled for choice with a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs to spend your time in after a day on the slopes, all easily accessible from La Tzoumaz.
